Annual Inspections

Each property and property owner is different so there is no one size fits all plan. We will set you up with a plan to inspect your property so that you are aware of the status as well as fill out the required annual reports and send them to your local municipality. In Tennessee an inspection is required annually and once every five years an inspection is required to be done by an engineer, landscape architect. We can assist with all of this.

Mowing

We suggest a minimum of twice per year to cut back the vegetation in most ponds. That works fine in some areas, however some (especially more visible ones) will need to be mowed or cleaned up more often. We can handle all of the maintenance required to keep your pond compliant.

Trash Pickup

Trash is simply a part of Stormwater runoff. Eventually trash that is not properly disposed of is going to wind up somewhere and many times that is in a stormwater unit. That is actually quite good because it is keeping the trash from reaching your local streams and rivers! We can include trash pickup in our maintenance plan.

Underground Water Quality Units

These units need to be inspected annually at minimum and need to be serviced (filters cleaned or replaced, vacuumed out) every couple of years.
