Tennessee law requires an annual SCM inspection every year, as well as a comprehensive 5-year re-certification conducted by a licensed engineer or landscape architect. Mowing
We recommend a minimum of two vegetation cutbacks per year to keep your pond fully compliant. For ponds in high-traffic or high-visibility areas that require a manicured look, we offer customizable, higher-frequency schedules. From regular mowing to total upkeep, we take care of all your pond maintenance needs.
Trash Pickup
Stormwater runoff routinely carries trash and debris directly into detention ponds and control structures. Capturing that waste keeps local waterways clean, but accumulated debris can quickly clog your system. We offer regular trash pickup as part of our maintenance plans to ensure your site stays clean, fully functional, and compliant.
Underground Water Quality Units
Underground stormwater units require an annual inspection at a minimum, alongside routine servicing—such as cleaning or replacing filters and vacuuming out accumulated sediment—every few years to stay fully operational.
